Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Business Partnering Manager who manages and coordinates Human Resources activities through the correct application of company policies and guidelines on selection, training, development, remuneration policies, administration, labor relations and trade union relations, providing specific support to managers reference according to the law on labor matters. The position is limited to 1.5 years.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will represent the reference point for employees for HR issues

  • You will support the implementation of national and regional projects, e.g. new HR procedures or the update of the existing ones

  • Further, you will guide and supervise your own team and manage the dynamics of a production site, always ensuring compliance with the law and confidentiality of data

  • Frequently communicating with the trade union representatives, you will guarantee the maintenance of dialogue between the company and the trade union, respecting the law and the agreements signed, as well as the relation with external bodies (DTL, INAIL, INPS, etc.)

  • You will ensure the personnel management and cost budgeting process, whilst taking care of the legal aspects related to the employment relationship, contractual aspects and disciplinary disputes

  • By participating directly in the selection process, you will ensure the quality of personnel selection including the objective analysis of requests from the management

  • You will guarantee the training of collaborators, ensuring that on-the-job and off-the-job training is prepared based on the needs of employees

Experience

  • Bachelor of Laws Degree or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of experience in equivalent HR positions is required

  • An in-depth knowledge of HR issues, labor law and personnel administration is a fundamental requirement for the role

  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is also required (B2 or equivalent)
